ම ගේ පසුගිය artical වලින් පැහැදිලි කලේ මානව හිමිකම් කියන්නේ හරියට හොදට සශ්‍රීකව හැදුනු ගසක පිපෙන මල් වගේ දෙයක් කියල. ඒ කිව්වේ මල් වලට කිසිම සම්බන්දයක් නැති සංගටකවල (පස , වතුර , ඉර එලිය) දීර්ග කාලීන මුසුවකින් පස්සේ , ගසක සුවද හමන මල් හට ගන්නවා වගේ තමයි මානව හිමිකම් ලගාකරගන්න ඉස්සෙල්ල රටේ සුභසිද්ධියට නොපිරිහෙලා වැඩකරන ඒකාධිපති දේශපාලන අධිකාරියක් විසින් ඒ රටේ මනුෂ්‍යයින්ගේ හිතේ එම දේශපාලන අධිකාරිය වෙනුවෙන් ඇතිකරන බිය ( fear) දීර්ග කාලයක් පුරාවට පවත්වාගෙන ගියහම ඒ මත තමයි දේශපාලන ස්ථාවරත්වය ( political order) සහ එහින් උපදින නීතිය සහ රීතිය ( law and order and customs) බිහිවෙන්නේ කියන කාරණය. ඒ මත තමයි රටවල් සශ්‍රීක වෙලා තියෙන්නේ කියන කාරණය. එය එසේ කිරීමට රජයකට අවශ්‍ය හිංසනයේ ඒකාධිපතිත්වය ( monopoly of violence) පාවිච්චි කිරීමේ සාධාරණ අයිතිය සෑම දේශපාලන අධිකාරියකටම ඇති බවත් මම පැවසුවා. මම මෙම කරණා සොභාව ධර්මයේ තියන නීති සහ රීති වලට අනුකුල වන බවත් , දැනට යුරෝපයේ සහ අනිත් දියුනුවුවා යැයි පවසන රටවල් මෙලෙස දියුණුවී ඇති බවත් , මානව අයිතිවාසිකම් කියන්නේ හුගක් වෙලාවට ඔවුන්ගේ රටවල් වලත් සුළුතරයට නැති...

එක්දහස් අටසිය විස්සේ (1820) ශ්‍රී ලංකා ජනගහනය ලක්ෂ අටක් (800,000) පමණ විය . එක්  ද හස් නවසිය විස්ස වනවිට ජනගහනය මිලියන දෙක (2,000,000) දක්වා වැඩිවී තිබුණි. අද , දෙදහස් විස්සේ , (2021)  ජනගහනය  මිලියන විසි තුන (23,044,123) ඉක්මවා ඇත. දෙදහස් පනහ (2050) වනවිට ජනගහනය මිලියන විසිහත (27 , 000 , 000) කිට්ටු කිරීමට නියමිතය. මෙම ජනගහනය රටේ භූමියට සහ එහි ඇති සීමිත සම්පත් වලට තිරසාර නොවනබව සාමාන්‍ය දැනුම අත්තන්හට වැටහෙනු ඇත.  රට සෞභාග්‍ය කරා ගෙනයන ඉදිරි ගමනකට ජනගහනය පාලන කරනා ප්‍රතිපත්ති අනිවාර්යවේ. ජනගහනය පාලන කරනා ප්‍රතිපත්තින් රටේ සිංහල බෞද්ධ අනන්‍යතාවය ආරක්ෂා කරන අතරම සුළු ජන කොටස්වල අනන්‍යතාවයද ආරක්ෂා කල යුතුය. ආදී කාලයේ පටන් මුහුදුබඩ වරායවල් ආශ්‍රිත ජනසමාජයට තුර්කීය මුස්ලිම් ජාතිකයන් ආගන්තුකයින් නොවීය. ඔහුන් රට තුලට පැමිණ රටේ රජතුමන්හට බදු ගෙවීම වෙනුවට සන්තෝසම් ප්‍රදනයකර ඔහුන්ගේ බඩු බාහිරාදිය සමග ගමක් ගමක් පාසා වෙළදාමේ ගියෙය. රට තුල ඇති කුළුබඩු මිලදීගෙන ඔහුන් ගෙනආ භාණ්ඩ , බහුතරයක් චීනයෙන් ගෙනා සළු පිලි සහ සෙරෙමික් , විකුණා නැවත යන්නට ගියේය.  එක්...

These nations have killed millions of indigenous communities in Mexico, America and Canada, Australia and in South America Island and in elsewhere. They went on these bloody business over four hundred years to build their economic superiority over scrambling southern nations.       P reservation of true Sri Lankan Buddhist character is as paramount as securing much-needed-foreign-investments by post-Covid-19 government.  Actors in the jungle of Sri Lankan politics seem to include mainly political parties, regional blocks, religious and ethnic sects, environmentalists and individual politics of each legislators in macro level. From national policy making to road paving in a distant village is understood within these actors’ horizontal and vertical engagements. However, identifying the main actors in Sri Lankan politics are to benefit recognizing national threats, national policy making process and securement of foreign investments in post-Covid-19. Largest minority groups, Tamils, Muslims and Christians and their affiliations to investing nations needed to go through a nuanced assessments.
